Savory

Beef

Ground beef cooked with onions, sweet peppers, raisins, hard-boiled egg, garlic, and a blend of herbs and spices

Chicken

Chicken breast, red peppers, green and white onions, mushrooms, and swiss cheese 

Lamb

Ground lamb cooked with special blend of Indian seasonings

Ham & Cheese

A meld of Black Forest ham and Seattle's Beecher's Flagship Cheese

Spinach & Cheese

Spinach, swiss cheese, mushrooms, onions, hard-boiled egg, and garlic
 

Caramelized Onion

Slow-cooked caramelized onions with Swiss cheese and rosemary. 

Broccoli & Mushroom

Fresh broccoli, onion and mushroom, with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

Roasted Corn

A traditional sweet corn filling, also a great vegetarian option. Recipe includes a mix of creamed and kernel corn, fresh tomatoes, green pepper, onion and spices

All-Day Breakfast

A satisfying mix of scrambled egg, diced red potatoes, smoked Swiss cheese, bacon and rosemary. Also known as our "Buenos Dias!" Empanada.

Black Beans and cheese

Black bean cooked with special blend spices and pepper jack cheese. 

Mac & Cheese

Our own flaky pastry shell filled with delicious mac & cheese made with Beecher's Flagship Cheese. Irresistible!

Apple & Dulce de Leche

We take a traditional apple, cinnamon and clove mix and sweeten it up with a spread of Argentine dulce de leche 

Guava

A Guava blend combined with Ricotta cheese

Pumpkin & Dulce de Leche

A delicious combination of fresh, local pumpkin, dulce de leche and fall spices.

* This is a seasonal offering, only available in fall and winter!

Red, White & Blueberry

Strawberries or raspberries (whichever is just picked), blueberries, a dab of cream cheese, all laced with dulce de leche.

* Only available during summer months


Sauces

Chimichurri

The pesto of Argentina! A mix of parsley, olive oil, garlic, oregano, vinegar, salt and pepper. Simple and delicious. Use it on our empanadas, as a marinade for meat and fish, or as a topping for most anything that could use a flavor kick! 

Dulce de Leche

A rich and creamy South American caramel that we use in many of our sweet empanadas. Now available for you to have at home!


Pastry Dough

Empanada Dough (Entreé & Appetizer size)

Our empanada dough is available for sale, frozen and ready for you to make your own empanadas at home. Each package comes with pre-made discs layered with wax paper for easy separation. With the dough as your canvas, you get to be creative with your own fillings!
