SAUCES

Chimichurri
The pesto of Argentina! A mix of parsley, olive oil, garlic, oregano, vinegar, salt and pepper. Simple and delicious. Use it on our empanadas, as a marinade for meat and fish, or as a topping for most anything that could use a flavor kick!
Tamarind Ginger
A tangy blend of tamarind concentrate, fresh lime juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, fresh ginger, and salt. If you love ginger, this makes a great savoury dipping sauce.
Aji
This green sauce is made from roasted green chile peppers, green onions, cilantro, fresh lime juice, vinegar and a dash of cumin, salt and pepper. Fresh and refreshing!
Dulce de Leche
A rich and creamy South American caramel that we use in many of our sweet empanadas. Now available for you to have at home!

Our empanada dough is available for sale, frozen and ready for you to make your own empanadas at home. Each package comes with pre-made discs layered with wax paper for easy separation. With the dough as your canvas, you get to be creative with your own fillings!
